Voted Most Beautiful Car of the Year 2015, the Renault Talisman has already made a name for itself ahead of its South African launch. But now, just like the star that it is, the Talisman is set to shine as the official vehicle of the 2016 Cannes Film Festival. This means that it will accompany not only members of the festival jury (which is to be chaired by none other than the great George Miller), but it will also transport some of the biggest American and European movie stars who will be attending the festival.
The all new Renault Talisman is set to launch in South Africa next year and thanks to its size, efficient powertrains, multiple handling options and reliability it is sure to be a BIG shot with South African drivers. The Talisman also comes with Renault’s respected Multi-Sense driving control system, which means that when you’re driving the Talisman you’ll have the ability to change the drive settings to affect the performance of the engine, steering and electronic damping.
The Renault Talisman has made its eagerly anticipated public debut at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show, and the good news is that it brought the house down. This stylish saloon is the direct replacement for the now discontinued Renault Laguna and will be launched sometime during 2016. With a more upmarket and sleeker design than many of its rivals, this amazing new Renault vehicle has been designed and built from the ground up to take on rivals such as the VW Passat and Mazda 6. In fact, it is even believed that the new front-end could be the new look for future Renault designs. This vehicle front-end design change has not been confirmed however, so we’ll just have to wait and hear what Renault South Africa has to say about this at the Talisman launch next year.
