When Can I Use Renault Roadside Assistance?
When you purchase a new car from us or any other Renault dealer you become part of an exclusive automotive group! One which has been providing for their car owner for more than 100 years. We are literally there for you always and our Renault Roadside Assistance Plan can help in a variety of circumstances when things go wrong, these include but are not limited to:
- Battery issues, or at times when your Renault will not start
- At times when you have lost your keys or locked them in the car
- When you have a flat tyre and are unable to change it yourself
- If you have run out of fuel, or the incorrect fuel has been put into your car
It is important to note that transport to the nearest Renault dealership will be provided if or when the Renault vehicle covered by the Roadside Assistance Plan is broken down and automotive problem cannot be identified or cannot be rectified on the spot. Is My Renault Covered by the Roadside Assistance Plan?
If you are the owner of a new Renault vehicle that is less than 5 years old or has done less than 150,000km (whichever comes first), then your vehicle is covered by our 24 hour Roadside Assistance Plan. Additionally, there is the option to extend your Roadside Assistance Cover when it expires after the 5 year / 150,000km period.
